The final segment emphasizes why games are vital for everyone - children as well as adults. Instances of initiatives from around the country where adults play games with as much gusto and excitement as children are shown to the audience. The star guest in this segment is Saina Nehwal who talks about her journey reaching the pinnacle of world badminton. Saina showed early interest and passion for badminton and was encouraged wholeheartedly by her father. Undeterred by the fact that she was the only girl playing among boys, she continued to pursue the game. Saina then honours the women runners of Mahadwadi village in Maharashtra who come on the show. These women, many of them grandmothers who wear only the traditional nine-yard saree, have won national-level awards for their feat on the tracks.
