I am a patient of bipolar disorder. I‘ve seen people with bipolar disorder

being mistreated, isolated and often judged by society for no fault of theirs.
People like us are often termed ‗crazy‘.

Our own families are not very supportive since they live in a social structure

where anger, mood swings and other such acts are seen as being anti-social. In
my own example, I am even afraid of speaking about such things with my
family because of what their reaction might be.

D octors diagnosed me with bipolar disorder. I went to top-notch doctors in

Indore, Delhi, Chennai, Bhopal and Mumbai. They gave me medicines for 13
years which resulted in tremendous side effects. Today, I follow a strict diet
that helps me and I am perfectly healthy and fine.
