I am a inal year undergraduate student. I am passionate about helping people. I

still remember that day. We were all watching TV in the same room—my brothers,
my cousin, my uncle, his wife and me. Slowly, my uncle asked me to kiss him on
his cheek. I complied. Soon, the kisses shifted to his lips. He kissed me. Once,
twice, thrice, and it continued for a good hour. I didn’t know what to do but deep
down, I had a feeling that I needed to escape.

Despite everyone being present in the same room, no one noticed. After an hour of
trauma, I excused myself to go to the washroom. And after that, I swore not to sit
near him. I still sometimes shiver thinking about it.

But past is past. Yes, this unfortunate event became a part of my life and I can never
forget it, but it was something that happened in my past. I will not let it affect my
present or my future.

He is my father’s close friend even today. He is his only best friend. Hence, I
promised myself long ago to keep this secret forever and never reveal it. It will ruin
relationships and what not. Karma will take my revenge.
