A t the age of 4, I was sexually abused by 3 guys. Since then, I have never had the
courage to share this with anyone… until today. I have now found some closure.
I never like to talk about what happened as it makes me feel like it just happened.
Your show helped me understand why I feel insecure even at the age of 43. I wish
I were braver and I could have overcome it earlier. I am someone who hates their
childhood.

I t was my own relative from my mother’s side who tried to touch me when I was
11 but I shouted and reported this to my mom. The best thing that happened out of
this was that he never had guts to touch me again except for one more time when he
tried to touch me when I was sleeping, but I stopped him.

years old if I remember correctly and because of lack of knowledge, I didn’t share
this with anyone except my older sister.
When I was in college, I was exploited by my brother-in-law but I didn’t tell anyone
nor did I try and expose him because he was known to be a very nice person and
was close to our family.
Your show has given me courage to look into the eyes of these people and tell
them that what they did was wrong; that what they did made me not like intimate
relationships. After my marriage, my husband who just knows a little bit of this has
given me enough happiness but I do recall those nightmares of my life.
